The witch often convenes with the woodland creatures. At present, she bids goodbye to the hare who just delivered news of a strange smell towards the east. She is not too concerned, because the animals sometimes find objects unfamiliar to them abandoned by humans hiking through the forest. Making her way into the woods, she eventually catches the scent she was informed of and follows it until she reaches a large, hollow oak tree. The tree speaks to her of a tiny, blue egg nestled inside its trunk. How did it get here and how do I raise a cockatrice?
